It gets your whole body moving, helps with fitness, balance and co-ordination, while learning routines keeps your brain working too. Add in the music, laughter and social side and you've got a brilliant way to lift your mood, meet people, build confidence and forget about the stresses of everyday life for a while. It's exercise, a workout for your brain and a chance to have a good time with great people - all rolled into one.
